The difference between August 2020 houses sold/pending and August 2021 sold/pending is shocking. Year to date sales are up.
August 2021 Was a Sleeper
In August 2020, 226 Jackson County homes were sold. Last month, only 169 homes were sold, a 25% decrease in sales over this time last year.
Last month, only 76 homes were pending, compared with August 2020, when 247 homes were under contract. That's a 69% DROP in pending deals compared with one year ago. But that's not the whole picture.
Year to Date Sales are UP
